Shipping Policy for PetHydro
Thank you for shopping with PetHydro! We are dedicated to providing the best shipping experience for you and your furry friends. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing & Shipping Time
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard Shipping Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery time to your doorstep is 6 to 10 business days.
Note: During high-volume seasonal periods or holidays, processing and shipping times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping Rates: Calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your payment.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
PetHydro is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout. However, if your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at ghala.connect@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
